Welcome to myCAMprogram
This educational resource was developed to support individuals involved in Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (CAM) programs by providing accurate, science-based information. We built this program to support people navigating a difficult process. But staying in compliance is still up to you. This course gives you tools - not guarantees - the more seriously you take the content, the better prepared you’ll be.
By enrolling in this course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:
1. Course Purpose and Limits:
This program is for educational purposes only. It is designed to help participants understand how Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (CAM) devices work, how to avoid preventable errors, and how to protect their progress. It is not a replacement for your official monitoring obligations, nor is it a substitute for legal or medical advice.

2. No Guarantee of Compliance or Legal Outcome:
While this course provides practical guidance and proven strategies, it does not guarantee compliance, prevent all potential violations, misinterpreted data, device malfunctions, or ensure any specific legal outcomes. Every situation is unique, and participants are responsible for following the terms of their individual court, probation, or monitoring agreements

4. Limit of Liability:
Industrial Training & Design Ltd., its instructors, and content contributors are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your participation in this program. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • CAM device failures or malfunctions
  • Calibration issues or environmental interferences
  • Reported non-compliance
  • Misinterpretation of CAM readings by monitoring agencies
  • Legal or disciplinary actions resulting from monitoring outcomes
By participating in this program, you acknowledge that the maximum liability of the course provider is limited to the purchase price of the course.

5. Course Access and Duration:

Access to this program is granted for a limited duration, as outlined during registration. Course availability is not guaranteed indefinitely and may be removed, updated, or archived at any time.

6. No Appeals or Intervention Guarantee:
This program does not offer individualized support, expert opinion or advice, medical advice, legal advocacy, or intervention with monitoring agencies or courts. We are not involved in dispute resolution related to your monitoring results or sanctions.

7. Responsibility Reminder (for Non-Compliance Violations):

You are solely responsible for your compliance with court orders, monitoring terms, and alcohol-related restrictions. Completion of this course does not excuse, negate, or offset any violations.
